Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026
This policy explains what MagicPay Commerce does with information when you use this website. MagicPay does not run a separate account database for this checkout.
1. Email
The address you type on the home page stays in your browser for that visit. It is not sent to a MagicPay server, and it is not stored after you leave. The code screen does not transmit the address or the digits anywhere.
2. Wallet
When you connect a wallet, the site receives the public address that the wallet chooses to share. That address is saved in your browser so the checkout can reopen after you approve a payment in the wallet app. MagicPay never receives your seed phrase or private key.
On a phone, Phantom and Solflare also keep a temporary encryption key in the browser. It is only used to read the wallet’s reply. Disconnecting removes it.
3. Payment
A payment is a Solana transaction from your wallet. The site asks a public Solana node for the blockhash, your balance, and confirmation. The transaction itself, including the amount and the recipient address, is public on the Solana network. MagicPay does not receive a copy of it on a private server.
4. What this site does not do
- It does not sell personal information.
- It does not use advertising cookies.
- It does not ask for a name, phone number, or identity document.
5. Other sites
Links to Tensor, Magic Eden, a wallet application, or a block explorer leave this site. Those services have their own policies.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
